Hi, I’m TORI INGRAM, MA
Tori's counseling approach is centered on relationships. She meets her clients where they are at and holds their stories with compassion. She knows that starting therapy can feel challenging and daunting. Tori believes that clients are authors of their own stories and healing takes place in a counseling relationship.
Tori provides a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to show up as their true authentic selves. She draws her practice from a number of modalities that includes Attachment Theory, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While Tori draws from a number of modalities, she tailors her practice to each specific need.
