Hi, I’m Megan Ledbetter, MA INTERN


Megan is currently completing her master's degree in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of the Cumberlands. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. She recognizes that beginning therapy can be challenging and is committed to providing a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds. She is an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Megan utilizes a holistic, client-centered approach to counseling, attending to the interconnected aspects of mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She incorporates evidence-based techniques and adapts her approach to meet each client's unique needs. She believes in meeting clients where they are on their journey and supporting their self-exploration and healing, recognizing that each individual is the expert in their own life. Megan is particularly passionate about working with individuals ages 18 and older as they navigate concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, unexpected life transitions, and relationship concerns.
