Hi, I’m Brandie Molina, A-LPC/MHSP.

Brandie's counseling approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance and meeting her clients where they are in their journey toward their goals. She understands that seeking therapy can be intimidating, sometimes scary, and she strives to create a comfortable and trusting environment with her clients. She believes in focusing on her clients' strengths to change negative thought patterns, overcome life's obstacles, and find healing solutions. Brandie believes the client is the expert on their own life, so she provides a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for the client to feel seen and supported throughout their healing journey. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, providing care to all identities and backgrounds.

Brandie utilizes evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. With these modalities, Brandie is able to help adolescents and adults with issues including, but not limited to:

- Anxiety

-Depression

-PTSD

-Trauma

-Difficult Life Transitions

-Family Conflict

Brandie is an associate level LPC-MHSP in Tennessee and Colorado, and is currently under the supervision of a fully licensed therapist. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She also graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. She has completed EMDRIA approved EMDR training.

My Approach
